We are very  grateful and indebted to Dr. T. Otis Paul, M.D  for Orbis International sponsored Hospital Based Training Promgramme On Starbismus (17 -21 Nov.2008) in Global Hospital Institute Of Ophthalmology ,Abu Road ,Sirohi,India.He demonstrated and transferred various strabismus surgical techniques like inferior oblique mymectomy , inferior oblique recession , superior oblique Z tenectomy, lateral rectus disinsertion with medial rectus resection with medially transposition of  superior oblique with sling operation in congenial third nerve palsy, up and down transposition of horizontal rectus muscle in A and V patterns to Dr Sudhir Singh .The  Global Hospital & Research Centre,Mount Abu is highly grateful and oblized to T. Otis Paul, M.D  for teaching and transfering surgical skills to Dr Sudhir Singh and staff .We are also thankful to Orbis International for helping us to fight agaist paediatric blindness in this area of Rajasthan.
